One of the business owners I’m coaching introduced me to what he calls “A Business Dashboard.” The concept is similar to the gauges on the dashboard in a car that very quickly tell you whether you are running efficiently or headed for trouble. His business dashboard quickly informs him of sales activity, profitability, marketing to name a few.
