Gary
Waldron, PhD
I
am married to an awesome woman, Christie who I met after
college on an adventure in China. I did my undergrad at
Penn State in Human Development and then studied Chinese
in China for two years. After Christie and I got married
we moved to South Carolina where I did a Master’s degree
in Christian Education at the Columbia International University
and then I got my PhD in Education at the University of
South Carolina. I should be much smarter than I am with
all that education. I feel like my advanced degrees were
more about persistence than intelligence! I have served
overseas as a teacher and partnership facilitator with OMF
International and ChinaSource.
In 1998 I started the Leadership program
at Faith Evangelical Seminary and have been involved in
developing a Master’s degree in Global Leadership and a
Doctor of Ministry degree in Strategic Leadership. Along
the way Christie and I are raising three children, two daughters
and a son. I am passionate about playing ice hockey and
coaching my son in hockey as well. I also enjoy hiking and
camping and watching home improvement shows...but not actually
doing home improvement projects!

Jennifer Barlow, LPC
Jennifer
Barlow, LPC is a licensed counselor in Texas who has a passion
for ministering to those who minister to people. Her vision
is to impact people for eternity. More specifically, God
placed in her a passion for missionaries and the struggles
they and their families face.
Jennifer has ten years of experience working in the foster
care arena, both in the field and in a managerial role.
This experience serves as the springboard for understanding
the impact that one person can have on many lives. Supporting
people in their God-given role is a necessary step to positive
changes in the lives of others.
Having worked in a start-up company from its inception,
she has seen the challenges that leadership faces and has
been an integral part of solutions and strategic planning
for future success. She believes in the role that coaching
has in producing more effective and balanced leaders.
Jennifer also has a passion for college students and is
active in teaching and mentoring a group of girls at her
church. In this environment, coaching provides a way to
empower students and the individuals who work with them
to find God's call on their lives and lead to a generation
of leaders.
In addition, Jennifer believes strongly in the value of
pre-marital counseling and of the church building up godly
families. She published an article in Pastoral Psychology
presenting a new model for pre-marital counseling in the
church and believes this support is foundational to carrying
out God's purpose for the marital relationship.
Jennifer received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family
Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
in 1998. She is a graduate of coach training and is excited
about the addition of coaching to her ministry.

Christopher M. Hitz
Want
to know what motivates me? What drives me? It’s
you. More specifically it’s hearing you say,
“ Aha!”, or “Now I know what to do next.”,
or “I get it!” .
What a thrill to help good people with what
matters most to them. Be that a small personal step forward,
the advancement of a Great Cause, or anything in between.
As for my bio -- I was raised by good parents
that came from good “Pennsylvania Dutch” Families. Mostly
Farmers and Businessmen. I generally had very positive life
experiences from my earliest memories through high school.
I did well enough with grades (based on little effort) and
I was always near or at the “top” in strength, speed, and
all the superficial popularity stuff. I unfortunately emerged
from those years as a spoiled kid with an overblown ego
and an expectation that life would always be easy.
It wasn’t.
By the time I turned 29 I was bankrupt,
alcoholic, divorced, and lost. My divorce revealed a level
of pain I had never experienced before. Fortunately that
pain opened the door to a life altering encounter with God.
After seeing a better life path I rapidly
progressed through the housing industry. I moved from front
line labor through Sales and Marketing, Project Management,
Director of Development (Houses for HOPE), Loan Officer,
and Charity Home Builder. I also founded, and was President
of, a New Home Construction company focused on creating
jobs for ex-offenders. That company was placed under a non-profit.
Most recently I purchased a FedEx Ground
business and I was blessed to lead a great group of people
(from CrossPoint Church) through the launch and first year
of what we believe was the first and only DVD driven multi
campus location in the United Methodist denomination. That
was awesome. That position was eventually turned over to
an Ordained Pastor, allowing me to further my Coaching Practice.
I am married to an amazing woman (Karen)
and together we are raising our four “Best Kids in the World”
in a country location outside of Hershey, PA. I most enjoy
camping, the outdoors, Coaching, wrestling with questions,
whittling, people, and Family Time.

Shari Baer
Shari
lives in Williamsport, Maryland with her husband Steve and
their two teenage sons. In 1988 she graduated from Messiah
College with a Bachelors degree in Social Work. For a number
of years she worked in various social work capacities. Although
seeing that social work benefits others, her experience
was that it did not bring lasting change in lives and circumstances.
As Shari drew closer to the Lord she found that the real
answers were found in Jesus Christ. In 2000 she began serving
alongside her husband in pastoral ministry, co-pastoring
with him.
In the years since, Shari testifies to seeing
lives changed, realizing now that much of the transformation
was do to individuals being coached. As Shari walked alongside
those in the congregation, helping them discover their own
God-given abilities, strengths, desires, dreams, and passions,
she was able to challenge and encourage individuals to move
forward into all that the Lord has for them.
Through the assistance of her own personal
coach, Shari discovered that her primary strengths and gifting
are maximized in the coaching profession. Through coaching
missionaries, leaders in her congregation, and others who
desire to use their gifts and lives for the glory of the
Lord, she has been fulfilling her purpose.
Shari has a gift for listening deeply and
asking pointed and direct questions that help the person
to clarify and solidify what truly makes them great. Shari’s
passion is seen and felt by all those around her. She loves
walking with others to help them bridge the gap between
where they are and where they want to be.
