About Lisa

Priscilla McKinney, MEd, MBA,
ACC is a professional coach, leadership trainer,
organizational consultant and clergy family member. Her
vision is to help people find balance in their lives and
the most authentic and rewarding path forward. Her
passion is to make a difference to the people she comes
in contact with by helping them find their own vision
and then to develop the skills and actions needed to
fulfill that vision.
Priscilla has worked in
university, government, non profit and church settings
in the human development arena. |

Her background includes
twenty years experience in leadership/life coaching. She works
with leadership strengths, organizational assessment,
communication, both professional and interpersonal, conflict
management, group and team development, coaching, change
management and strategic planning.
Her training includes
certifications in Human Element, Myers Briggs Type Indicator,
DISC, Systems Thinking, National Training Lab consultant,
Situational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. This
background gives her the tools to work with individuals at many
levels.
Priscilla is one of the
founders of the Kansas City Coaches Alliance and has received
coach training from Coach University with an accreditation of
Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation.
She also holds a Masters of Business with emphasis in
Organizational Development from Fairleigh Dickerson University,
a Masters in Education in counseling from Boston University and
post graduate work in counseling from Denver University.
