Coaching: Most of the coaching that we offer is delivered over the telephone while you are in the privacy and convenience of your own home or office. NO TRAVEL TIME IS REQUIRED. We offer several coaching formats:

• Individual Coaching: Once or twice each month you will personally experience the benefits of a coaching relationship.
  
• Group Coaching: Ideal for the individual who wants to receive the benefits of coaching and the synergy of a group experience. Group coaching is delivered using a telephone bridge line. (Conference Call format)
  
• Team Coaching: This format is ideal for the multiple staff church or a church leadership team of a small or medium size church. The focus of this format is to develop individual and team effectiveness and excellence in ministry.
  
• Laser Coaching: Ideal for those who need help with focus and accountability. Several times each month, through brief coaching sessions, you receive the benefits of a coaching relationship.
  
• E-Mail/Text Message Coaching: Ideal for the individual who appreciates the value of communication via e-mail and text messaging. Coaching is delivered through several e-mails or text messages each week.
  
• Mentor-Coaching: A next step for those who want to further develop their coaching skills. Mentor-Coaching is delivered in two formats:
  
  • Individual Mentor-Coaching
  • Group Mentor-Coaching

• Basic Coach Training Certification: A strong introduction to coaching. Basic Coach Training is offered in both the on-site and tele-class format.
  
• Core Skills Coach Training Certification: Designed to further develop your coaching confidence and competency; while also providing professional support as you begin to develop your coaching ministry. Core Skills Coach Training is offered in the tele-class format or through a combination of 5 days of on-site coach training and follow-up tele-classes through the Accelerated Coach Training Process.
  
• Advanced Coaching Skills Certification: Practical and proven strategies are offered to enable each coach to successfully launch and customize their coaching ministry. Advanced Coach Training is offered in the tele-class format or through a combination of 5 days of on-site coach training and follow-up tele-classes through the Accelerated Coach Training Process.

This assessment is a customized review and assessment of your conference or church, along with next step recommendations. This comprehensive assessment includes:

•  A review of the current mission, vision and strategic plans of the organization.
   

• Customized interviews with individuals and teams regarding current organizational challenges to performance.
   

• A feedback session with the organizational leaders to share the findings of the assessment.
   

• An off-site retreat to share with the larger team members the findings of the organizational assessment. At this retreat the team members will develop consensus regarding next step recommendations that address the unique challenges currently facing the organization.
