What We Offer

COACHING: |
Most of the coaching that we offer is
delivered over the telephone while you are in the
privacy and convenience of your own home or office. NO
TRAVEL TIME IS REQUIRED. There are two formats:

Individual coaching:
This format is designed for the spiritual leader
seeking to develop leadership effectiveness and
excellence in ministry.
-
Multiple Staff or Team coaching: This format is ideal for the larger multiple staff church or a
church leadership team from a small or medium size
church. The focus of this format is to develop
individual and team effectiveness and excellence in
ministry.

COACH TRAINING:
Basic and Advanced
Coach
Training

Coaching Training: We are
currently offering two training programs.
-
Basic Coach Training,
which provides a strong practical understanding
and integration of coaching into their specific
ministry setting.

Advanced Coach
Training,
which equips the spiritual leader to coach other
spiritual leaders and their faith communities.

COMPREHENSIVE ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
|
This assessment is a customized
review and assessment of your conference or church,
along with next step recommendations. This
comprehensive assessment includes:

A
review of the current mission, vision and
strategic plans of the organization.

Customized interviews with
individuals and teams regarding current
organizational challenges to performance.

A
feedback session
with the organizational leaders to share the
findings of the assessment.

An
off-site retreat
to share with the larger team members the
findings of the organizational assessment. At
this retreat the team members will develop
consensus regarding next step recommendations
that address the unique challenges currently
facing the organization.
