Why Become A Coach?

One of the primary roles of today’s ministry leaders is to equip and empower God’s people. Ephesians 4:12 states that the role of the spiritual leader is “to prepare (equip/empower) God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…" At its core, coaching is about equipping and empowering another.

Whether you are an ordained or non-ordained, paid or unpaid leader in your faith community, coaching is an extremely valuable and useful tool. Coach training will provide you with skills and competencies to effectively empower others and yourself. Coach training will provide you with the skills to build up and prepare God’s people for works of service.
